Are you passionate about furniture, design and architecture and want to be part of an international design company? We are looking for a Product Marketing Supervisor to be responsible for new product launch and product information maintenance, trademarketing and sales support to drive the sales growth. This role will be based at our office in Shanghai.

Job Description:

 

New Product Launch and Product Information maintenance

1. Work closely with buying team and DK for the new product order & arrival status; prepare the pricing, product presentation including images & description with the new product arrival

2. Update on various product sheet, product description, product presentation in shared folder and organize properly

3. Translation on product information and update to China market

Trade Marketing

4. Coordinate with retail team to develop marketing programs with strategies and tactics to accelerate sales penetration in line with business plan.

5. Execution of marketing campaign, prepare and design the related promotional materials

6. Analyse the result of each sales campaign and promotion, follow up with the sales report

Sales Support

7. Send out a sales update every second Friday to sales team including new arrival, product information, fabric, materials guide or other information from DK that should be shared in Asia

8. Monthly discontinued product list aligned with local buying team

9. Distribute APAC pricelists within 2 months of receiving the new pricelists from Denmark including RMB, RMB W, INR

10. Translate various presentations, guidelines or other documents to be shared with China market sales

 

Qualification requirement:

1.  Bachelor degree

2.  Project planning, execution, social media know-how.

3.  Good knowledge of Microsoft office package, good level in Adobe In Design and Photoshop.

4.  Proficiency in English

5.  Experience in creating and maintaining content. Experience in project planning and managing.

6.  Good networking and communication skills.

7.  Customer-oriented, Strong Executor, Creative and passionate, organized and work within timeline, Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.

8.  Marketing or operation experience in furniture or lifestyle product industry preferred.

9.  Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing of industrial products, preferably in a MNC environment
