主要工作职责

  

• 前台接待，接听、转接电话，寄收信件快递，打印、复印、传真的收发及未领传真的确认；

• 负责办公用品、设备的领用和登记，员工离职时个人领用物品的回收，办理好入库、出库手续；

• 按管理规定和作业流程及时完成公司人员的名片印制；

• 填写及报销行政类费用，管理办公物品，包括补充、摆放、更新、整理；

• 联系、确认机票和酒店相关工作，包括整理酒店协议价，机票预订、酒店住房预订等；

• 会议室的预定确认，会议室遥控领用登记，保持会议室及公共区域的整洁；

• 购买图书报刊，进行借阅管理；

• 协助上级进行公司日常事务的联系，车辆使用的调配；

• 公共设备的检查开启和关闭；

• 员工通讯录的管理；

• 做好各项活动的后勤支援工作，配合其他员工完成各项行政事务；

• 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

                        

资质要求

  

• 大专及以上学历，行政管理或相关专业；

• 应届毕业生或1年以上行政工作经验；

• 热爱行政工作，服务意识强，具备较强的表达、沟通协调能力；

• 熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化设备；

• 良好的敬业精神，有强烈的责任心。
