About the role

This position will be responsible for conducting internal audits of complex business processes and effectively reporting on the results.

What you'll do

• Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, compliance and strategic processes ina timely manner, specifically:

  
  

• Lead process walk-throughs to facilitate development of the audit scope and approach during the planning phase

  
  

• Draft process narratives and flowcharts

  
  

• Contribute to the design of the control testing approach, audit program, and project scope document

  
  

• Document risk assessment and test results in compliance with industry and departmental standards

  
  

• Accurately identify areas/processes for improvement and apply analytical skills and judgment to propose recommendations

  
  

• Draft reports ofaudit findings and obtain management responses

  
  

• Use data analytics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of audit projects and toidentify improvement opportunities.

  
  

• Develop thorough understanding of financial reporting processes and identify and assessrisk related to those financial reporting processes, including system relatedrisk. Evaluate and test SOX controls to provide evidence that controls aredesigned and executed effectively to mitigate the identified risk. Assistmanagement in development of remediation of control deficiencies and related change management, provide guidance on SOX documentation, financial reportingrisk, control objectives, key control design and operating effectiveness, and financial statement assertions. Additionally, support the quarterly certification process.

• On an ad-hocbasis, provide assistance on fraud investigations.

  
  

• Under the direction of the Director of Store Compliance, perform store compliance audits in the Greater China area asneeded, diagnose a store’s non-compliance with company policies and proceduresand provide training to all levels of management regarding company standards

  
  

Who you are

• Bachelors degree, preferably in abusiness-related field
• 3 years business experience; must include audit experience at a multinational company. Preferably 2 years of public accounting or internal audit experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of using data analytics tools such asPower BI, ACL, Tableau, etc. and GRC tools such as MetricStream in auditprojects will be a plus
• Willing to travel up to 20%
• Relevant professional certification preferred (CPA,CIA, CISA, CFE)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high level of integrity
• Proven ability to work independently,multi-tasking, and as part of a geographically dispersed team in a matrix organization
