岗位职责:

Job Objective

I contribute to the creation of local great place to work for all our collaborators, by offering satisfactory administrative service on a daily basis with continuous improvement mindset.


My Main Responsibilities

Travel Management
-I provide Monthly Travel Report and analyze the travelling situation.
-I do monthly Travel Payment and assure the payment accuracy.
-I internally communicate with different BU colleagues to solve daily travelling issues.
-I am in charge of travel System maintenance.
-I can find better travel solution according to existing problem.

Supplier Management and Group purchase
-I source new suppliers for best value(ALL THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPLIERS)
-I yearly update all the administrative contracts.
-I am expert at negotiation and group purchase to ensure lower price and better service.
-I make KPI for suppliers and regular review them to help them improve.

B2B facilitator
-I lead purchase projects and bridge commercial cooperation to dig possibilities for B2B
-I co-work with store B2B manager to boost B2B sales.

Collective Activities
-I co-organize closing/launching meeting, mid-year, meeting in collaborative with concerned teams
-I co-organize Birthday party, Festival activity, such as mid autumn, Christmas, spring festival.
-I boost sportive culture of the company by providing easier access to sports practice internally and externally
-I am available to facilitate any team activity on request.

Ad-hoc project
-I am proactive to be involved in any project with added value as request.
