英文听说读写良好；

Main Purpose and Job Scope

    

This job will perform or oversee highly complex financial analysis and business modeling. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

    

Key Accountabilities

    

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

    

Consolidation and Reporting – Coordinating the MLC revenue forecast, strategic plans and annual operating plans, assist execution and ensure timely deliverables.

    

Assist finance revenue planning processes and practices by ensure timely data consolidation, report delivering and necessary analysis accomplished.     

    

Prepares reports and communication in form of presentable excel spread sheets and PPT

    

Business Analyzing - Creates models, conducts research, and analyzes actual business unit performance against targets in the operating plans, strategic plans, forecasts

    

Conducts ad hoc analyses as needed to support operational decision-making.

    

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

    

Requirements

    

Summary of Experience   

    

Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning

    

Contributing to and influencing cross teams

    

Applicable industry experience

    

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  

    

Advanced Excel an PPT skill

    

Quick learner and with good sense of urgency and responsibility

    

Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships    

    

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
