OBJECTIVES: 为销售管理提供有效且经济的销售管理和计划资源。 根据集团销售指南，与中国区总经理合作，参与制定和监控销售策略和计划 通过有效管理区域经理和销售人员的下属团队以及可用的促销资源，确保在指定的时间范围内实现销售目标，收入和成本。 MAIN ACTIVITIES ? Co-ordinates the production of sales forecasts, selling cost budgets and sales targets (in terms of turnover, contribution margin, credit days, etc.) ? Identifies business opportunities ? Prepares and proposes the sales policies and budget ? Develops the main commercial channels (windows makers, distribution, real estate developer). ? Considering the market segmentation develops the new sales structure by territory and/or channel ? Guarantees the effectiveness of sale structure ? Successfully executes promotional activities and delivers product innovation to the market in line with Group guidelines ? Boost in the market the whole products range ? Maintains contact with all the clients in the market area to ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction ? Represents the company, standing by the General Manager, in the institutional relations and in the relationship with the Opinion Leaders ? Ensure that the entire Sales Services function operates with a trained, motivated staff able to meet business needs. ? Performs, according to approved Group Brand strategies, the marketing activities of the company; ? Performs the market analysis regarding trend and opportunities; ? Coordinates Customer Service Team; ? In charge of pre and post sales technical support.
