Business Analyst as business partner on  setting annual target, monitor and analyse performance, support sales director to manage the business via analysis, reporting and highlights.

? Business decision support cross team of AMI + Channel ;

a) Support on standard business dashboard to ISDs regularly;

b) Deep dive on Project Pipeline to support the rolling forecast on Order & Sales;

c) Support SD on MBR/QBR to present the insights on business progress, margin by top customers, customer visit & quotation follow up, even customer base movement;

? Planning & Target  setting;

d) Support sales team for annual YSAP account review and target planning;

e) Support on the setting of annual KPI items;

f) Provide the regular KPI performance results;

g) Lead the sales incentive calculation for responsible sales team

? Company Performance tracking;

h) Involve the preparation for GCN monthly business dashboard;

i) Support the planning on official rolling forecast and annual financial budget;

j) Support business team and GCN to deep dive the customer solution project and business performance;

? Risks  assessment & ALERT;

k) Support the risk control and investigation on compliance issues;

任职要求：

? Cross function communication and  cooperation;

? Mature and composed person adept at managing change and handling resistance effectively associated to the implementation

? Strong project management, process management and change management skills

? Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

? Ability to work effectively with senior management

? Team player

? Experienced in working in international multi-/senior stakeholder environments as team leader of international project team

Above college - Finance or Accounting specialized subject, Project management or experience of cost analysis and control in Production plant is preferential.
