Job Accountabilities:

• Familiarize with the market attributes and understand client’s preference.
• Lead the associate to achieve business objectives. ？
• Assist in building and maintaining a strong vendor network to meet customers’ expectation. ？
• Collect market information, trend and recommend needs for new product development initiatives, also enhance the product sales and cost-saving. ？
• Establish relationships and negotiate the best offer with main customers and others potential sales prospects. ？
• Identify current problems and advise resolution to subordinates to maintain smooth workflow. ？
• Act as liaison between functional departments such as technical and QA departments to ensure related communications are implemented into the daily routine.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder preferred
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in furniture and at least 3 years’ experience at supervisory level. ？
• Strong product knowledge in Upholstery, wood and metal furniture will be an advantage. ？
• Knowledge in US market is preferred. ？
• Good network with factories and suppliers in mainland China. ？
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. 　 ？
• Good communication, leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills. ？
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal.
