主要工作职责

• 每日巡检秩序维护部各岗位员工的执勤情况，指导各岗位正确履行职责；
• 检查各员工的仪容仪表、交接班流程是否符合标准，督促秩序维护领班按规定进行交接班；
• 监督、指导秩序维护部各员工做好日常工作记录，落实所有消防设备、器材定期巡检工作，按时填写各类报表，做好记录；
• 每日巡视检查项目各部位，处理发现的问题，难于处理的问题及时向上级汇报请示，做好巡检记录；
• 做好临时勤务及业主方安排外来人员参观的秩序维护；
• 负责来福士广场应急处置预案，组织实施消防安全培训、检查、演练计划；
• 做好对秩序维护人员的岗中培训，发现问题及时纠正，检查员工的配备是否符合要求；
• 按照部门制订的培训计划，按时组织实施本部员工、外包员工的业务知识、技能等培训；
• 协助部门经理做好部门月度费用预算及采购计划，保持与广场相关业户的联系；
• 组织处理管理区域内发生的各类突发事件；
• 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

资质要求

• 高中、中专及以上学历，具备物业或保安、消防管理上岗资格证书，退伍军人、转业警察等优先；
• 5年以上从业经验，2年以上同等职位工作经验，具有本行业工作经验者优先；
• 了解物业及秩序维护管理相关法律法规，熟悉消防管理法规及业务知识，对行业现状及发展趋势有一定认识；
• 具备秩序维护团队日常业务培训、技能训练的能力，较强的沟通协调能力和应急处置能力；
• 熟练使用电脑及办公自动化系统，熟悉消防系统、安防系统的基本操作及运行管理；
• 工作勤奋踏实、严谨认真，具有较强的服务意识和团队合作精神，良好的敬业精神，强烈的责任心。
