【Job Description】

As QM specialist of MADRID Asia, He/she is responsible for Quality management activities in the region including complaint management,

Coordinate internal/external audit activities and support to maintain quality management system.

Drive continuous quality improvement processes and efficiency measures. Support all IATF certification

Activities for PL MC.

Describe the degree of impact on organizational performance, measured by annual financial criteria such as Sales Volume, P&L, or operational budget, etc.

？ Business Processes cover 4 PLs (BM,MC, MR and AP) in APAC region with sales revenue 347 million Euro;

？ Coordinate QMS related audits eg. ISO 9001 & IATF16949.

？ Coordinate customer complaints of 3 PLs in Asia; Total complaint cost appro. 60 K Euro

【CORE TASKS】

In scope of MADRID Asia, QM specialist TEMP is responsible for

Supporting to retain ISO/IATF16949 certification lived and renewed. Coordinate internal & external audit

Activities including product, process and system audit.

Monitor external or internal complaints handled via SAP system and settle individual complaint in time.

Drive corrective actions and decisions on quality related issues. Collaborate root cause analysis and

Corrective measures taken within cross regions or cross functions.

Maintain the management system for core business processes in the region Asia.

Review quality KPI to track performance and identify area of concerns that needs to be addressed to the appropriate function.

Work with procurement to monitor supplier’s quality performance in line with company’s requirement.

Drive a continuous improvement in quality issue across the organization.

【QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS】

Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, Chemistry or Applied Chemistry.

Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in the QM or QC in Chemistry or equivalent are required.

Knowledge of quality management system, especially IATF 16949 are preferred.

Language proficiency in English, Mandarin.

Good Knowledge of MS office 365 and SAP database is preferred.

Capable as auditors for ISO system.

Employ quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA is preferred.

Be aware of work flow of quality control process, including SAP database maintenance.

【岗位职责】

负责保持ISO/IATF16949认证有效和更新。协调内部和外部审计包括产品、过程和系统审核在内的活动。

监控通过SAP系统处理的外部或内部投诉，并及时解决个别投诉。

推动质量相关问题的纠正措施和决策。协作分析根本原因和跨区域或跨职能部门采取的纠正措施。

维护亚洲地区核心业务流程的管理系统。

审查质量关键绩效指标，以跟踪绩效并确定需要解决的问题

与采购部门合作，根据公司要求监控供应商的质量表现。推动整个组织内质量问题的持续改进。

【岗位要求】

化学工程、化学或应用化学学士学位或以上。

至少2至3年的质量管理或化学质量控制或同等工作经验。

具备质量管理体系知识者优先，尤其是IATF 16949。

精通英语、普通话。

熟悉MS Office 365和SAP数据库者优先。

具备ISO体系审核员的能力。

使用质量工具，如APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC和MSA。

了解质量控制流程的工作流程，包括SAP数据库维护。
