Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this job is to manage import and export logistics operations in a secure and safely manner in the manufacturing site, and to ensure full compliance with country regulatory requirements for IE activities.

Primary responsibilities:
1. Management of logistics execution to support timely business and customer needs, including document track and trace capabilities, performance metrics & reporting, and improvement.
2. Support trade compliance with import/export laws affecting the flow of materials, equipment, technology, and documentation across borders.
3. Support Bonded warehouses, Bonded handbook operation or any other duty optimizing and savings programs
4. Contribute logistics expertise by identifying, analyzing and measuring improvements to key processes and procedures.
5. Add value to logistics work processes by participating in process improvement efforts through team activity and individual initiatives.
6. Effectively contributes to the development of logistics plans consistent with business/ functional responsibility.

Qualifications:
？ University degree in chemistry, International trade, or Business studies
？  0-3 year experience in logistics related activities, bonded operation experience is preferred
？ Good knowledge of information systems supporting logistics activities.
？ Knowledge of key metrics for managing logistics functional performance.
？ Good teamwork spirit
？ Good interpersonal skills
？ Sound English communication capability
？ Experience in risk control assessment and process optimization
