Requirement:

1: Strong foundation and knowledgeable in Applied Statistics and Process Control.
2: Understand Quality Management System(QMS) including PCP, PFMEA, sample sizes, MSA, Cpk etc and all the basic QMS requirement.
3: Be independent & approachable and able to work with Workcell Members on Product/Process control improvement and optimization.
4: Strong in Root Cause Analysis(RCA) and innovative in problem solving techniques.
5: Able to conduct internal Statistical Process Control training including MSA,DOE Cpk etc to all level of personnel.
6: Develop SPC KPI &Monitor it effectiveness.
7: University Graduate in Applied Statistics or Mathematics or Science or Engineering.
