SUMMARY
The successful candidate is a person who will lead by example a group of technical people that form the product development, product validation, manufacturing launch and mass production of various products. This person will also be successful in leading people who report to others. Key attributes of this person are-strong work ethic, attention to details, assessment of risk, absolute focus on Customer Satisfaction and product liability.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist EH&S officer to organize employee First Aid/Fire Fighting/Emergency training
Assist EH&S officer to summarize & update the EH&S objective/targets/programs, and internal/external EH&S audit finding, CAL findings, corporate /regional audit finding, etc. and follow up the action.
Organize and conduct accident investigation
Conduct waste dispose site assessment
Assist EH&S officer for EH&S data collection and analysis, and update/management EH&S file
Assist on ISO14001/ISO18000 project, and EH&S and supervising the executive of preventive and corrective actions
Coordinate the specific equipment (forklift/hoist/crane/elevator/compressed air container) safety inspection
Look at the opportunity of system improvement. Work out the improvement
Conduct EH&S technologies training to all employees
Coordinate daily facility operation by supplier in office and lab, include HVAC, BMS, cleaning, CCTV, fire fighting and etc.
Manage facility supplier to keep good performance on daily service.
Manage facility service contract for facility system.
Coordinate and keep good communication with local government to limit the complain.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
College's degree or above, environment engineering /labor protection or related major in EH&S.
Experience in occupational safety, health and environment management system.
Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards
Familiar with relative EH&S laws and regulations is preferred
Minimum 2 years JV or wholly owned foreign investment enterprise working experience
Good audit and training competence, good communication skill, and good team spirit.
Good experience for facility system, include HVAC, BMS, cleaning, CCTV, fire fighting and etc.
Available electrical operation license and safety management license.


LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to walk, and to lift and carry PC's and test equipment weighing up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and use of computer monitor screens a great deal of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Individual's primary workstation is located in the office area, with some time spent each day on the engineering work areas, labs and manufacturing floor.
