PREREQUISITES:

1) B.S. in Engineering, Science or Mathematics from a four year college or university OR equivalent combination of experience.
2) Generally requires a minimum of five years of related experience preferably in a CEM environment along with one year of Jabil experience.
3) Generally requires a minimum of one year of supervision experience
4) Strong interpersonal skills, listening, verbal and written communication skills
5) Strong analytical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
6) Ability to prioritize work assignments and understand customer and regulatory requirements and how they relate to Jabil's quality system.
7) Occasional travel may be required.
8) Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering philosophies and processes
9) Extensive knowledge in systems which supports the Manufacturing Engineering functional process
10) Proven track record in driving and implementing change within and between functional organizations

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Support the Business Unit's development effort with current customer.
2) Support the development and implementation of ME strategies and systems.
3) Optimize the overall process and ensure that all metrics are measured for improvement.
