JOB SUMMARY:
The eCom marketing specialist supports online channels marketing including but not limited to Gap Tmall, Gap.cn, VIP, JD etc. This person will be responsible to drive growing traffic to Gap’s online business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations / Financial:
? Organize and implement online marketing plan for the responsible area.
? Report and analyze daily/weekly/monthly traffic and paid marketing performance
? Digital content management for various online channels. Working with vendors to develop content marketing, live-stream video, SNS etc. day-to-day operation.
? Understand site events and promotion objectives and timeline. Responsible for Weitao, Weibo and Wechat post plan and report.
? Manage customer database, develop efficient customer communication plans. Regularly update marketing database and facilitate the implementation of CRM
? Find target audience and driving qualified traffic to e-commerce platforms, analyzing results to optimize return on investment
? Communicate with brand marketing, editorial and merchandising team to collect all assets including campaign visual assets, product photos, product descriptions etc
? Be responsible for marketing expense collecting, checking and ROI analyze.
? Work with internal team and TP to execute day to day store operation including making promo calendar, register in platform’s events/resources, promo execution, coupon strategy, communicate with platform’s teams via Dingding, etc,.
? Explore the opportunities of new events on Tmall and other platforms to bring incremental traffic and new consumer.
Reporting:
? Daily UV, conversion, sales report.
? Weekly site performance report.
? Timely report on big events’ performance and hindsight.
? Monthly report on KPIs.

? Support a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment with peers and cross-functional team.
? Provide timely feedback and direction to direct supervisor to foster rapid skill development and performance improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
? Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
? Demonstrate logical analytical skills
? Basic technical PC skills, including the ability to learn technical applications quickly
? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
? Language: Fluency in English
2) Minimum Education Level
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
3) Experience Required
? 5 years+ experience related to ecom, apparel or fashion industry
? Proofed experience in EC marketing experience with China main online platforms.
? Detailed understanding of third party channel sales levers, operations, promotion events and protocols.
? Highly detailed oriented, experience in project management and communication deliverables for multiple projects at any given time. Must be a team player.
