Description
As a Senior Infrastructure Technical Specialist, you will develop and support solutions across the entire spectrum of infrastructure technologies including hosting, network, and end-user services meeting the needs of Loreal China. As described, the role will support a variety of tasks and requires a broad technical skillset and associated experience in large enterprises. In this role, you will coordinate the development and delivery of IT-related infrastructure and end-user services with external vendors and contractors.
Responsibilities
? Delivers Infrastructure Projects according to the established plan
? Assist in the system architectural design and solutions to meet business requirements and cost-effectiveness
? Executes and administers the provisioning of the IT Infrastructure services to support the business requirements
? Conduct and implement strategic, system capacity and disaster recovery planning
? Prepare system documentation and reporting
? Analyzes and resolves problem to avoid repetitive service disruptions to the business
Requirements
? Degree holder in Computer Engineering or related discipline
? A minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
? Broad technical experience and knowledge across all infrastructure disciplines including but not limited to: cloud and premise hosting, virtualization technology, Storage, and client technologies.
? Knowledge on Oracle Database, desktop infrastructure and system management are of advantage
? Good problem-solving skills
? Customer service oriented
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
