职位描述
Key Responsibilities
- Backup receptionist whenever necessary.
- Support other departments, backup whenever necessary.
- Ensure all office and sundries supplies are sufficiently stocked up, ordering whenever necessary (e.g. drinking water, cups, teas, coffees, etc.)
- Ensure proper office & equipment maintenance. Ensure consumables are sufficiently stocked up (cartridges, toners, printing papers, etc.)
- Printing material and ribbon ordering (e.g. Name cards, Forms, Letterheads, Envelopes, Sales Invoices, POS receipts etc.) for office and stores.
- Maintain good recording of all office keys and equipment.
- Keep record on staff purchase order form, work with Merchandise and Finance team to ensure consistence with company policy.
- China contact list update.
- Administrative vendors contact list update.
- Follow up on office operation's related payment (e.g. rental, telephone cost, conference call cost, etc.).
- Store opening support.
- Help administrative staff and perform administrative duties.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor degree, major in Business Administration or related subject.
- 1-3 years working experience in office administration function at MNC
- Good command of both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows - word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, well handling multi-tasks
- Willing to work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Good team player, being positive to learn and improve
