The HR Helpdesk 人事热线专员 will be based in Shenzhen.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Answer Flex employee’s inquiries via phone calls, emails, Live Chat and Ticketing System. The service scope is all the inquiries about HR policies, processes, etc., including technical support for HR systems.
• 通过电话，邮件，在线聊天和提单系统回答伟创力员工问询。服务范围包括人力政策和程序等，包括为HR系统提供技术支持
• Record all the key information and create tickets in the ticketing system
• 记录重要信息，以及在提单系统中提单
• Track every single inquiry status from end to end to ensure all the inquiries could be processed following the defined process and timeline.
• 始终紧跟查询状态，以确保所有问询得到有效及时解决
• Keep high user satisfaction via the professional Helpdesk service and manage user complaint effectively and efficiently.
• 通过提供专业的服务和有效及时处理使用者的诉求以维持高客户满意
• Provide reports/analysis for internal purposes or site HR

• Other tasks assigned by team leader

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Excellent communication skills，proficiency in Cantonese
• 出色的沟通能力，会粤语者优先考虑
• Patient with communicating with people

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Strong sense of customer oriented

• Having experience with Workday will be a plus
