职位描述
Purpose of role:
- The HR Manager is responsible for C&B analysis and the support and maintenance of Workday, Platinum and other HR Systems. This position will assist Head of HR, East China to:,
- providing a broad range of project support of the HR budget, and required to routinely partner with HRBPs and other HR members to ensure the accurate data maintenance and analysis.
- Ensures compliance of the organization’s practices with applicable labor legislation and collective labor agreements.
- Ensures employee service daily operations smoothly and efficiently, provide professional and efficient service to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting process, personnel cost analysis and forecasting.
- Support C&B analysis including but not limited to HC report, OT analysis, labor cost analysis and the effectiveness of incentive scheme.
- Prepare various reports per different business purposes.
- Coordinate with HRS Maintains HRDA data on timely basis to ensure data integrity (both active and terminated employees).
- Researches current and potential labor relations problems, opportunities, and issues, and evaluates their impact.
- Asist in the smooth C&B operations, like on-time delivery of monthly payroll, annual bonus, annual special salary adjustment, and annual salary review.
- Involve in external market C&B research & trend analysis.
- Lead C&B related programs and SOP set up.
- Provide HR data for external/internal HR audit.
- Other supportive work for daily analysis
- Lead annual benefits review.
- Update the compensation related labour law and implement into daily work.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 years C&B related experience
- Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Access, etc.
Qualifications:
- Human Resources and/or related experience
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates analytical skills
- Good team player with high degree of confidentiality and accountability
