*Responsible for the recruitment life cycle, complete the recruiting process like check on personnel requisition, CV selection, candidate interview to new employee hiring, compile & update related recruiting report, arrange new employee’s physical exam before enrollment, build up company talent pool;

    

 

    

*Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via all kinds of possible channels.

    

 

    

*Extensive experience in proceeding campus recruiting and other recruitment activities.

    

 

    

*Data management for daily hiring tracker, report and analysis.

    

 

    

*Be update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels & techniques.

    

Qualifications:

    

 

    

*Bachelor degree, prefer with experiences in testing and certification related industry.

    

 

    

*2 years HR working experience, minimum 1 year working experience in recruiting

    

 

    

*Good commanded in written English.

    

 

    

*Skilled in Microsoft Office

    

 

    

*Fluent English is a plus
