职位描述
Job Description:
1.协助经理完善业务流程、客户资源的规划及成本控制
Assist Tele-marketing manager in system automation, process enhancement & resources planning and budget control
2. 处理客户和学校方面的投诉,解决在操作中可能影响服务质量和效率的问题
Resolve customers and minicenters' complaints and any operation issues arise that may impact service quality & efficiency
3. 维护和改善员工激励制度,以提高工作效率和质量
Initiate continuous improvement plans & staff motivation program to boost staff morale, productivity, operation effectiveness and efficiency
4. 完成每月业绩指标
Responsible for meeting assigned project targets in quality and quantity
5. 做好TM、CC及管理之间工作流程的衔接
Act as a bridge between the TM, CC and management
Job Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历,较强的英语能力
Bachelor degree, strong English ability.
2.至少3年以上呼叫中心工作经验(2年以上管理经验),教育或培训行业尤佳
At lease 3 years’ callcenter experience. Experience in education and training is a plus.
3. 能灵活的处理问题,较强的书面及口头沟通技巧,保持诚信和专业的品质
Flexible approach to problems, strong written and spoken communication skills, and above all maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
4. 能在压力下工作
Proven ability to perform under pressure.
5. 熟练使用MOS软件
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
