Key Accountabilities:

1.    Assist in tax savings opportunities (e.g. R&D super deduction, maintenance of HNTE status)

2.    Assist TP contemporaneous documentation preparation

3.    Review tax provision for China entities

4.    Provide support in the coordination and completion of tax compliance for China entities

5.    Assist internal and external audit where required

6.    Assist special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, business/entity integration, dissolution, Re-structuring and etc.

7.    Provide guidance and advice on tax related matters to China entities

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above with major in Finance or accounting

2. 3+ years working experience on manufacture company or consulting firm

3. SAP experience is prefer

4.  Good English on reading and writing

5.  Good PC skill

6.  Be able to meet deadline.

7.  Positive thinking on own job for job efficiency improvement
