Job Description
*To communicate with internal AP department or external site finance to deal with weekly payment
*To verify invoice data in ERP before payment releasing
*To prepare bank accounts reconciliation and cooperate with all related parties to verify reconciled items
*To verify the supporting documents for BP applications and create BP code in ERP
Job Requirements
*College graduation, with accounting related major
*Good in written English
*More than 1 year's accounting experience
*Good communication skill
*Experience in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Baan is preferred
*Proficient in office software Excel
