Job Description:

1. To optimize and improve the plastic injection molding processes and parameters, and improve the production efficiency and quality.
2. As a key member of project team, contribute the technical support for new products/molds development, material selection, molding processes, tools/molds structure and etc…
3. Implement and keep optimizing the injection molding parameter standardization management system. Set up plastic injection molding technical training system, hold trainings for relative technicians, and take care of the talent echelon development.
4. Responsible to handle issues happened about molding processes, machines, molds/tools, and etc…
5. Focus on daily/monthly reject ratio and OEE figures, make the data collection and analysis, propose and act with effective improving solutions.
6. Work together and support quality department to handle quality issues.
7. Implement TPM management system, Improve the injection machine use rate and stableness.
8. Work together with tooling department to optimize the maintenance system for molds, set up and implement an effective molds management system.
9. Provides engineering services and technical support for global plastic injection molding processes, molds/tools and materials.
10. To monitor the implementation of molding processes and parameter, ensure every employee follow up the working instructions, molding processes and parameters.
11. Other tasks from the superior.

Qualification:

1. Major in Polymer / Injection is a plus.
2. 10+ years plastic injection molding experience in international companies or global function companies.
3. Proficient in PP, PA, ABS, and etc… material properties and relevant plastic injection molding process.
4. Deeper knowledge for plastic injection molding machines, especially different models machines of "DEMAG".
5. Solid working experience to implement and optimize plastic injection molding parameter standardization management system. Good understanding of the relevance between mold structures, processes, tools, materials, and molding parameters.
6. Good experience in the analysis of plastic injection defects and quality abnormalities, 8D report skill is required.
7. Familiar with lean production, PFMEA, and IATF16949 system.
8. Good understanding and solid working experience in TPM system. Experience with people management and workshop management is preferred.
9. Good manipulative ability, good planning capability, strict, good communication skill, teamwork, self motivated and able to work under high pressure.
10. Able to travel international, fluent English skill, both in oral and written is required.
