Permitting & CSA Engineer
Reports to Global Engineering Leader
More than 260 staff in China
Chinese Design Licenses (Chemicals, Pharma, Buidlings, pressure piping)

A multidisciplinary international operating consultancy and engineering firm
The role
In the context of a site extension, the permitting and CSA Engineer will act as the engineering team lead for all matters related to permitting activities, CSA design and CSA construction
Requirements
- Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent experience required
- Knowledge: Construction permitting and FA related processes.
Chinese GB code for CSA design and construction
Chinese and international safety standards
- Skills: Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work under pressure or deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
High level organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Goodwritten and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Experience: 10 years CSA works design / construction supervision and 5 years permitting
- Language: Fluent in English and in Chinese.
