Responsibility:
-Draft and review contracts timely and effectively, and proceed relevant procedures in accordance with the company’s policy;

-Provide legal advice in daily activity of the company;

-Draft any legal documents when it is required;

-Support the company’s compliance issues;

-Provide legal support in M&A project;

-Handle the litigation related issues;

-Set up and maintain legal archiving record/database;

-Other tasks assigned

Requirement：

-Bachelor degree+ in Laws from reputable law school

-Pass the Bar Exam in PRC

-3+ years solid legal working experiences in well-organized companies or law firm

-Experiences in M&A activities is preferred

-Good at written & spoken English

-Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously

-Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills;

-Effective interpersonal and communication skills;

-Mature;

-Integrity, courtesy, modesty and perseverance in personality and character
