Business Need / Purpose of Role:
1.协调各部门完成总部制定的SHE roadmap各项工作指标；liaison with all departments to complete the SHE objective
2.协助推动SHE文化建设，提高员工的SHE意识和技能，提高工厂SHE绩效;
SHE culture building, enhance employees SHE awareness and SHE knowledge to improve plant SHE performance
3.协助和跟踪相关部门，保证工厂的各项事务运行符合SHE相关法律法规的要求；
Oversee and help with functional departments on SHE affairs, to ensure operations management meets the requirements of related regulations.
4.参与和协调各部门实现年度的集团SHE体系审核目标
Participate and cooperate with all related department to achieve the Goal of Yearly Group SHE audit.

Objectives & Measurement
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:
Including but not limited to:
1.协调各部门共同推行集团总部制定的WEIR SHE 管理体系及各项工作指标；coordinate with all departments to implement WEIR SHE management system.
2.SHE培训计划及实施；yearly SHE training plan and implementation.
3. 协同各部门提高SHE绩效，控制事故率；cooperate with other departments to improve SHE performance, reduce incident rate.
4.收集相关SHE、能源数据输入系统并分析；collect related SHE data every month and enter to SHE website
5.与相关政府部门保持联系，确保SHE工作符合相关法规政策的要求；liaison with local government ensure all EHS work meet all related SHE regulation and other requirements from government.
6. 参与完成年度集团SHE审核；participate and lead yearly Group SHE audit.
7. ISO14001&ISO45001 体系建立和运行维护；Establish and maintenance for ISO14001&ISO45001 management system ;
8. 定期现场检查并跟踪落实整改；Regularly SHE checking on shop floor and tracking on actions taken of findings.
9.定期收集相关法律法规；Collect related SHE laws and regulations;
10.协调各部门制定相关的SHE管理制度并监督执行；Cooperate with related departments to update and establish related SHE procedure and SOP and supervising the implementation.

Major Objectives:
1.Open mind, good at communication, coaching people, be accountable, passion, motivated, can work under pressure. 擅长沟通，Coaching people，有很强的工作热情，执着，并主动解决问题；能承受工作压力；
2.National Certified Safety Engineer持有国家注册安全工程师证书 
3.5+ yrs SHE management experience in machining background in foreign owned company. 机械类外资企业SHE管理经验5年；
4.Strong sense of responsibilities, strong grit on management很强的工作责任感，有管理的勇气；
5.Be good at communication. 有较强的沟通能力；

Measurements:
? Monthly review with KPI assigned.
? Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
junior college background大专以上
Major in environmental \safety \mechanical. 环境、安全或机械工程类相关专业；

Language Skills:
Good English in oral and written
熟练的英语听说读写能力

Computer Skills:
Be familiar with Window office; Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

Work Environment:
Office work
