About Our Client

Its Asian business has been highly dynamic and successful. The successful candidate will be based in the Shanghai Office and help to create this new structure in partnership with its local partners and under global and APAC supervision.


Job Description



  • Improve the organization structure and process of different aspects including but not limited to Sales and Operations, Finance, Information Technology, Logistics, Talent Acquisition, Retention to ensure a cohesive working synergy in the Management Team for the Company Growth

  • Carry out market analysis , competition analyses to develop and implement best strategy on the market

  • Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives to develop Business

  • In charge and manage daily operation of China Team = sales (retail, wholesale, E-commerce etc), finance, marketing, consumer services etc..

  • Build Up efficient team and provide leadership to achieve missions and objectives

  • Partner with headquarter for the development and production of new lines

  • Explore new business opportunities by expanding the business portfolio, developing new distribution network,and market according to Brand philosophy and image

  • Establish effective communication channel with Headquarters and other sisters company for regular and consistent information exchange

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Analyses the sales result

  • Train, coach and supervise the team to implement strategy and achieve targets

  • Monitor sales performance, sales forecasting

  • Implement a strategy to extend our ranges on the market and market them in a successful way

  • In charge of its own P&L and achieve margin targets for the Chinese office

The Successful Applicant



  • Education = Bachelor and above, MBA

  • Strong understanding of our brand as well as the BABY MARKET in China

  • Knowledge of European Culture and comfortable to evolve in an international environment

  • Process perfect planning, organizing analytical and problem solving skills

  • Great leadership skills, Interpersonal and communication skillls

  • Knowledge of corporate finance and performance management principles

  • Extremely organised with real attention to details -


  • BE entrepreneurial and innovative

  • Able to work independently, show initiatives and take full responsibility for completion of duties.


  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) - mother tongue


  • Preferred = experience working in medium-size business with international presence

  • Track record on over achieving targets
