1. Participates in the implementation process.Develops a mutually rewarding working relationship with various client contactsby providing excellent customer service which results in customer/membersatisfaction, renewal of case and retention of customer or member.

1. Communicates with day-to-day staff (BenefitsAdministration Staff, Benefit Managers) within an

1. organization and packages messages toeffectively engage the client.

1. Executes tactical components of the accountteam’s business plan for each custom customer.

1. Monitors on an on-going basis Internationalclient’s product lines and services to ensure client’s needs are met. Seeks tooptimize customer interaction and provides recommendations based on client’sneeds.

1. Collaborates with account team members on morecomplex issues to ensure client’s needs are met from a product/serviceperspective.

1. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify,implement and monitor the customer’s service efficiencies. Follows through onoutstanding issues to the point of resolution.

1. Collaborates with team members on case installationto manage the integration of client’s and Aetna’s internal organizations,ensuring a smooth installation.

1. Delivers renewals and supports renewalactivities on custom block. Integrates technology to maximize customer andmember satisfaction and efficiencies.

1. To take responsibility to always actively treatcustomers fairly (TCF) and support/ drive any TCF initiative.
