Job description:

• Manage logistics and transportation activities related to China Sales, R&D, procurement, and other business and supporting functions;
• Participate in local and global projects, developing and implementing logistics plans;
• Work with logistics suppliers, including ship owner, forwarder, broker, trucking company and etc. Monitor and analyze supplier performance, involve in supplier evaluation process; 
• Execute goods receiving in system and facilitate payment to supplier;
• Manage stockroom material inventory, and support internal and external audit;
• Maintain shipment data, records and generate reports, identify trends and opportunities for cost savings;
• ?Deliver trainings to company new hires and relevant departments.

 

  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management, trade or other equivalent;

• 1 or 2 years’ experience is preferred, and fresh graduates will be considered;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external business partners;

• Experience with data analysis and usage;

• Confident interpersonal communication skills;

• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
