Our client is a renowned leading university in China that has provided top quality executive educational programs to executives in major local and international multinational companies. In order to expand their programs further, they are now seeking for a Project Manager with the following responsibilities and requirements.

Purpose of the job:
The CSP project manager is responsible for all aspects of Company Specific Programs (CSP), including the client prospecting and sales, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The CSP project manager will work with corporate clients and client's faculty to develop the curriculum, select the appropriate faculty (full time or visiting) and design programs to enhance the learning experience. To accomplish this, the CSP project manager will, through consulting methodology, understand the client's needs, be knowledgeable about the faculty and resources available to the client's Executive Education and develop specific programs to accomplish the agreed upon objectives.

This position works within a cross-functional team and regularly interfaces with client's management committee, faculty, external faculty, senior executives from client companies, KAM team, development colleagues, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Work independently to design and develop company specific programs;
· Work with corporate clients to explore/evaluate their needs. Identify the specific business and/or organizational issues and challenges to be addressed and design a solution to be presented in an educational format;
· Develop company specific programs that will satisfy the needs of corporate executives. Ensure that the programs are valued by the corporate client, and the learning partner relationships can be established for a long period of time;
· Identify Academic Director from client's faculty for educational content development and to assist in selecting appropriate faculty, guest speakers, readings, case studies and teaching methodologies;
· Ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of the client, has integrated content and promotes the post-program application of learning from the program. Maintain client focus to assure the program meets the desired objectives;
· Monitor programs with program delivery team whenever necessary (while in session) to ensure that the customer is satisfied, the faculty is delivering the course as promised and appropriate changes are being made in the content and/or process of the program;
· Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure that all logistical issues are properly arranged and completed;
· Work with the academic director select faculty and customize learning. Give appropriate feedback to the faculty and to suggest changes in future programs;
· Implement business development plans, mainly in China, but not limited, to prospect client opportunity and meet sales goals;
· Make sales calls to current and potential clients;
· Research and keep current on latest trends in business and executive development issues;
· Take financial responsibility for programs to assure the appropriate contribution to the sales revenue of the department;
· Give constructive suggestion on program innovations: Suggesting improvements in our programs and processes.

Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience including sales, consulting and/or practical experience in designing and/or teaching courses for middle and/or senior level executives;
· Business degree required, an appropriate advanced degree, MBA (from top school) , Ph.D. in education or in business preferred;
· A proven understanding of current and future trends in business and the concerns of executives;
· A proven ability to be innovative in approaches to educational and management problems;
· A proven ability to communicate effectively with senor level executives and faculty, excellent team player;
· A proven ability to professionally manage strategic partnerships with other schools, executive education providers, consultants, and clients;
· Ability to travel locally and internationally, work evenings and weekends as needed and serve as essential staff in emergencies;
· Ability of excellent presentation skills, business written and fluent spoken English (native speaker equivalent would be advantageous).
