职位描述
Requirements:
-At least 2 years working experience on social compliance areas
-Degree holder in Engineering and Social Science
-Understand China labour issues
-Proficient in English CET Level 6
-Qualification on compliance audit such as SA8000 and ISO14001
-Experience in brands/retailers is preferred
-Candidates with more than 5 years experience will be considered as Senior Auditor
Job Description:
-Conduct social compliance audit according to COP standards.
-Able to identify discrepancy and recommend practical remedy
-Work with suppliers on improvement project
-Report to the manager on the social performance of the supplier
-Provide training to suppliers on Health and Safety, Human Resource Management and OT reduction
