Accountabilities:
Responsible for overall management of profit and loss and the day-to-day operation of the Beijing International Residential business and providing support to 2nd tier cities in North China

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Grow International Residential Sales business in Beijing and other Northern China markets;
? Identify, build and execute the business opportunities with our overseas partner and local clients, working closely with Head of Business Development to maintain the overseas developers’ relationship
? Plan and execute the marketing promotion to promote our products
? Build and grow team members’ sales skillset, capability

Requirements:
? Working experiences of 1 – 5 years or above in international high end residential sales, personal investment or luxury personal services sales sector
? Experiences in international residential sales is highly preferable but not a must;
? Bachelor Degree or above;
? Strong capability of seeking potential business opportunities and establish business networks for both developers and end-users;
? Good leadership skills in particular to work under multi-cultural environment and high pressure environment
? Fluent spoken and written language skills in both English and Mandarin;
? Strong inter personal skills, flexibility and adaptability to change
