AQP Engineer)

    

Responsibility:

    

• Participate in product and process development as well as provide suggestions in quality aspect.
• Implement APQP/PPAP throughout the product lifecycle from new product development to production
• Generate comprehensive quality plan, establish and maintain quality related criteria, procedures, and working instructions for new product introduction from conceptual stage to finished product
• Ensure information and data accuracy in project quality records
• Initiate program and activities for continuous improvement on design/project quality development
• Prepare required reports and support other ad hoc projects if required.

    

Requirement:

    

• 10 year working experience in Manufacturing environment
• Higher Diploma or above in Physics / Mechanical / Electronic / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001 and APQP/PPAP is preferable
• Hands-on experiences in quality tools, SPC, 8D problem solving, MSA, FMEA, and DOE would be an advantage
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to communicate at all level of an organization with excellent record keeping and report writing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn findings into solutions with attention to details.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced with databases and statistical software.
• Fluent in speaking / written English is highly preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
