JOB: Shipping Coordinator (6-month)


MAIN TASKS:

1. Check and confirm the orders release to forwarder for shipment
2. Collect and check the original customs documents from the suppliers before sending to the customers within the time frame required by the customer
3. Handle payment arrangement and follow up if missing
4. Check all the payment matters (Payment, Rebates Credit and Debit notes, payment mode, local regulations and laws.
5. Collect and keep the shipping documents on record
6. Data input in Allegro B
7. Regular contact with merchandising teams on shipment issues
8. Provide support to Finance to validate the sourcing commission monthly

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Secondary school graduate with minimum 2 years relevant work experience
2. Strong shipping knowledge
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills
5. Computer literate
6. Good command of English
7. A team player
