Position: Officer, Customer Service (7个月有机会留用)
Work Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Assistant Manager, Sales
JOB OBJECTIVES:
To assist in customer service work
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To process customer domestic and export orders/ changes
2. To be responsible for shipping and delivery coordination
3. To coordinate with subcontractor for daily delivery arrangement
4. To assist in customer抯 forwarder抯 management, Custom documents tracking and payment settle on time
5. To assist in external warehouse storage inspection and cost management
6. To be responsible for Inventory administration
7. To cooperate with FI/SA for customer A/R tracking, monitor customer抯 credit status, develop monthly outstanding payment and sales revenue for assigned customer
8. To ensure Sales record date analysis accuracy
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 1~2 years related experience in Customer Service
3. Good knowledge of SAP is preferred
4. Proficient in Micro Office skills
5. Good English skill, CET-6 is preferred
6. Competencies required: Striving for Achievement, Customer Focus, Communication and Interpersonal Understanding, Innovation, Work Management and Team working, etc.
