Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

• Responsible for day to day routine work of SA operation team;

Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)

• Communication with invoice team, IT, Integrity and Admin department

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

• Upload Smeta reports to Sedex database;
• Collect audit reports and pass them to Specialists and Supervisors if needed;
• Collect audit files from field staff;
• Responsible for delivering Costlog files and collect actual costlog filled by auditors;
• Input actual costlog in IBMS and records air fee which air ticket actually happens every week;
• Responsible for Monthly Statistic reports: Top 10 client report statistic, Monthly Mistake Report and Photo mistake report;
• Responsible for equipment keeping and distribution;
• Upload final reports to FTP;
• Collect JCS and COC from field staff and reports them to management weekly;.
• Update SA Trace Record every day.
• Record call in & call out attendance for all field staff daily.
• Finish out other responsibilities assigned by superiors.
