Job Responsibility:
- Global CD Capability Program
- Understand capability needs and provide inputs to the Global CD Capability Program, assuring that needs are addressed based on MCO VP requirements.
- Coordinate the adaptation of the CD Learning Roadmap`s modules to match the local needs, guiding MCO and country trainers in the development of local modules when applicable
- Foster the utilization of UFS CD LMS courses and enable MCO's and local trainers to drive the participant enrollment process, making it possible to generate reports on the CD learning activity.
- Sharing of global knowledge and best practices with MCO trainers in AAME.
- Deployment and Relevance
- Coordinate the execution of the Skills Assessment where relevant, understanding the gaps derived from the CD strategy and equip the MCO MD to decide on how to close the gaps.
- Make sure that the content and the delivery methods are effective and match business needs
- Sales Trainers` Impact
- Ensure that the Sales Trainers deliver the right CD capability priorities
- Support Global and MCOs to build the best Learning program and advice them in the way to run it locally.
- Assist the development of the AAME's Sales Trainers community and their capabilities to generate impact.

Job Requirement:
- Experience delivering training
- Experience of implementing learning programs with focus on measuring impact (across geographies where relevant)
- Six Sigma qualification and/or TPM experience
- Foodservice experience and sales force specific training experience
- Analytical skills, driving process and structure.
- KPI and ROI development and implementation/ tracking
