职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning
Continuously identify the market / account opportunities and develop sales strategies to support monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets
-Develop & Maintain Account profiles for assigned Chain Accounts
-Develop and Maintain Rolling Account plan for assigned Chain Accounts in line with developed template
-Generate support of cross functional support team to ensure full executions of specific activities to support the account development
-Support the national category development planning and execution within the Chain Channel.

2. Relationship and Account Management
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in each account to ensure smooth execution of all activities across all outlets.
-Meet with key stakeholders in line with the contact strategy
-Aid cross functional support team build relationships with relevant functions
-Develop a Joint Business Plan with each account
Manage issues and opportunities as they arise

3. Sales Execution
Supervise the execution of the sales plan at Head Office, Regional Office and Store level, ensuring compliance with agreements.
-Develop with the SOP team tracking reports
Visit individual stores personally to ensure compliance and gain feedback on promotions activities

4. Account's Receivable & Stock Management
Control accounts receivable within the company guidelines and manage account ordering and stock levels

5. Develop and Lead Account Management Team
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the head office virtual account management team. Aid regional account managers develop account management tools and sales strategies for highest potential regional accounts


Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years sales management experience
-Ideally experience in the foodservice market
-Minimum of 3 years Key Account Management preferred
-Some brand marketing experience an advantage
-Strong influencing skills
-Business insight and planning capabilities
