Job Responsibilities:
New and Change Requests for Roles and Authorization:
- Maintain a complete inventory of user, roles and authorizations for the local entity by process.
- Ensure Movers, Leavers and Joiners are updated in the system in a timely manner.
- Understand business requirement and review change requests in roles and authorization and ensure it does not create risks or deficiencies in the controlled process.
- Coordinate system configuration and UAT with business team and supporting teams to deliver role and authorization request on time in full.
- Support monthly/quarterly access review for all SAP users and follow up with system action.
- Incident Management (raising and resolving issues): First point of contact for all roles and authorization issues; Work with Roles and Authorization support teams to resolve issues to meet business requirement.
Continuous improvement:
- Deliver role and authorization support in project and process change based on understanding of business and risk management view.
- Work with Process Champions and Regional Security Process Office to drive continuous improvements to simplify and streamline roles and authorizations.
- Verify with business to ensure there are no control deficiencies in Segregation of Duties.
- Facilitate internal and external audits on roles, authorizations, risk and controls.

Job Requirements：
- Bachelor above, 2yrs above Accounting/Auditing experience;
- Good English speaking and writing;
- A quick learner with good communication skills.
