Job Responsibilities:
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
• The key job role is to support the execution of the CTI programme for the Hair GDC category.
• The position requires working on multiple Innovation projects under the supervision of the CTI Manager.
• The role could require both coordination of junior study assistant work schedules and working with external Market research suppliers.
Main Accountabilities
-Deliver the consumer testing programme through short and long term planning.
-Ensure appropriate test methodologies for sensory, qualitative and quantitative consumer evaluation through discussions with Category CTI managers and Project/Platform Leaders, CMI Managers.
-Develop plans, prepare, moderate and appropriately report qualitative discussion groups OTIF and to a high standards in order to uncover consumer preferences and understanding. Alternatively, brief and partner with external agencies/supplier to achieve the same objective.
-Develop plans, manage implementation, analyse and appropriately report quantitative tests OTIF and to a high standards in order to uncover consumer preferences and understanding. Alternatively, brief and partner with external agencies/supplier to achieve the same objective.
-Develop plans, manage implementation, analyse and appropriately report sensory panel tests OTIF and to a high standards in order to uncover consumer preferences and understanding. Alternatively, brief and partner with external agencies/supplier to achieve the same objective.
-Co-ordinate a group of junior study assistant during the implementation/results collections of the different tests.

Job Requirements:
-Relevant Experience
-2-3 years experience in sensory, consumer or formulation work, at least 3-4 years in consumer/market research.
