Job Description:
- Brings the necessary skills and expertise to develop skin care formulations.
- Monitors latest market trends as well as competitors’ intelligence.
- Executes routine / standard trials at laboratory including comprehensive testing protocols for critical aspects of performance including stability, safety, efficacy, etc.
- Accurate records and reports data.
- Defines technical specifications.
- Adheres to standards set by quality / safety / portfolio management systems.
- Contributes to risk assessment and risk management plans.
- Keeps abreast of developments in own area of expertise, delivering recommendations for new techniques, ways of working.
- Where necessary, trains / develops others in own skill area.
- Closely works with different functions, including CTIC, packaging, brand team, supply chain, etc.
- Closely works with innovation project teams and suppliers

Position Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in chemistry and related majors.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- A strong sense of new technologies.
- Creative thinking.
- Goal-oriented, self motivated, proactive, fast learning and passion for techniques.
- Good communication in both English and Chinese.
- Strong in science and techniques, analytic and data processing skills, logical thinking, problem solving.
- Applicable project management skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG, PKG company or Cosmetic industry
