Job Responsibilities:
-As a part of the Personal Care packaging team in Shanghai the job will support Skin GDC to deliver the global innovation program for face care products.
- Coordinate and lead projects as work stream leader, provide technical solutions and recommendations for new packaging formats and new pack developments
-Work closely with and being the interface with regional packaging teams, global supply chain teams and regional & global packaging suppliers. – Most of the other functions will be based in India.
- Manage new component design or a variety of skin care packaging and tools development under guidance. Responsible for component qualification, quality standards setting and define specifications
-Translate regional insights to global packaging design briefs

Job Requirements:
-Technical Bachelor degree or Master in packaging
-At least 3 years experience in relevant industry (supplier of packaging material
-Deep knowledge on packing materials and technologies decoration and conversion, production and filling of packaging material. Technologies required are injection molding, extrusion blow molding, tube making, carton/paper and flexible /foil production.
- Experience on leading development for skin care packaging components will be competitive advantage
- Passion for packaging innovation, curious about new technologies and passion for details
- Passion for growth/breakthrough thinking/team working spirit
- Able to work under pleasure and in change environment
- Very good communication skills in oral and written English
- The role requires frequent travel to India
- Excellent Microsoft office application skills
