职位描述
Build Local Understanding
• Build a holistic understanding of consumers/shoppers via consumer/shopper study and connection
• Exploit local consumers/shoppers opportunities and build into brand marketing plan
• Plan tactical research with consumer and marketing insight team
Brand Marketing Planning
• Support director to analyse and understand localized category value drivers
• Lead and inspire multi-function team to work out integrated brand plan (brand audit, issues and opportunities, jobs to be done, think big, think tight, annual marketing activity plan) with budget allocation
• Support director to consolidate brand marketing plan
• Support director on pricing, sales volume to deliver agreed sales target and profit
• Use BrandKey vision to input Brand Building team for integrated brand communication development (campaign idea, TVC, key visual, digital idea)
• Co-work with local claim forum to make sure all the brand communication (packaging, advertising, activity) compliance with mainland China legal and regulation
• Brief and develop Brand Building owned communication, including digital content, always on and other Brand Building related
• Support Customer Marketing team to develop sales channel plan
• Develop in-store consumer promotion based on agreed brand marketing plan and sales channel plan
• Support customer development team to develop customer activities
• Execute brand building related activities with related functions
• Monitor sales performance and adjust sales demand via month review meeting and demand plan meeting
Subordinator Development
• Coach Knorr team members to develop general skills and Brand Building professional knowledge
• Support director to design marketing management trainee development plan
General Skills
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in FMCG brand marketing
• Deep understanding of marketing communication
• Strong capability to develop creative idea into exciting integrated campaign
• Strong financial awareness and good financial reading skills
• Business development, monitoring and reporting
