职位描述

Business Context
- The senior manager of Consumer Engagement Marketing is in the digital expertise team report to Vice President, Digital Marketing & eCommerce.
- Develop the corporate data driven marketing strategy and implementation plan.
- Work with cross function teams and agencies to execute the implementation plan to successfully establish corporate data driven marketing system and corporate engagement program.
- Manage, track, evaluate and drive agencies’ performance to ensure consistent quality output to fulfil the planned KPIs.
- Work with e-commerce team for CRM management on e-commerce platform.
Main Purpose of the job
- Develop and to maintain the corporate data management platform through effective and efficient management of agency partner and day to day operations
- Deliver and drive the corporate engagement program and eCommerce CRM activities through effective use of the data management platform.
- Manage internal communication to drive awareness and usage of the data management platform to build relevant brand consumer engagement activity.
Key Success Measures
- OTIF delivery of corporate data driven marketing system strategy development & implementation
- Achievement of set KPI and business case
- Active use of DMP by brand team to develop brand specific program
- Identify valuable insights from DMP for business use

Main Accountabilities
Data driven marketing strategy development
- Lead the development of data driven marketing go-to-market strategy and long term business plan;
Establishment of Data management platform(DMP) and implementation of Data driven marketing programs on DMP
- Lead cross function team and agencies to establish data management platform
- Lead cross function team and agencies to fully implement all five data driven marketing programs to drive Unilever business growth
- Gatekeeper for the use of data and deploy clear consumer contact strategy/guideline
- Agency management and regular performance review
Data driven marketing daily management & monitoring
- Work with cross functions to fully utilize the DMP to drive business
- Partner with CMI to generate business insight from DMP for brands use
- Help marketing to more efficiently reach consumers
- Manage corporate engagement program to build Unilever and brand love
- Partner with eCommerce team to drive eCommerce business via utilizing database
- Partner with KC team to drive deeper database collaboration with retailers
- Monthly review of data driven marketing programs progress
Corporate engagement program
- Lead the development and day to day maintenance of the corporate engagement program
- Partner with respective category teams to develop relevant content
- Regular review of KPI and agency performance

Build people and the team
- Build and Develop strong data driven marketing team
- Develop CRM capability for Unilever ecommerce team via regular training and case study/sharing

• Brand building, Media team, CMI, IT, eCommerce team,Corporate PR, KC, Legal, Finance
External
• DMP agency, Engagement program agency, media agency, eCommerce agency partner, KC customers
Relevant Experience:
• At least 6 years marketing experience. 2 years+ Digital marketing experience is a MUST
• 2 years+ CRM related experience
• Preferably with experience in FMCG industry and NMC
• Minimum 2 years+ team management experience
