Job Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in developing skills, building and maintaining capability on microstructures for active delivery, aiming to function in personal care products, for example, appearance modifiers to skin or antimicrobial to scalp, etc.;
- Design, prepare and characterize novel nano/micro structured materials for active delivery;
- Conduct systematic proof-of-principle study and build holistic mechanism understanding;
- Develop appropriate prototypes for targeted personal care products and evaluate the formulation stability and functionality as desired;
- Participate in global/local project meetings and discussions and ensure project delivery on time in full;
- Ensure appropriate data documentation and write scientific reports.

Job Requirements:
- PhD in physical chemistry, colloidal and interface science, polymer science, materials science, or relevant subjects;
- Be familiar with colloidal and interface science;
- Be familiar with encapsulation technologies;
- Be familiar with polymer and materials experimental skills;
- Have basic knowledge in skin care and/or hair care, scalp health;
- Experience in multi-national company is preferred;
- Good oral and written English, good communication skill;
- Have real accountability and responsibility, consumer focus, and bias for action.
