Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand current methodologies as well as adapt existing methods to support claims.
2. Work closely with Brand and development team to define / develop the claims template, brief and work plan.
3. Teamwork…strong team alignment. Must be able to interact and consult with project team members and regional teams on claims work plans. [Key interfaces with TPM, CTI, Legal, RA, and Brand]
4. Work with development team to translate claims into demonstrations that are consumer relevant and drive innovation understanding with consumer, customer, PR / Advertising agencies.
5. Plans and execute technical and experimental tests with experts, or monitor test being conducted by other functions
6. Review evaluates and /or summarizes technical and consumer data to generate claims
7. Provide alternative options when something cannot be done…be pro-active.
8. Interprets unexpected results / observations and recommends next steps
9. Have a good understanding of the category, brands, competitive environment and technology to develop robust strategies to claims and defend / attack challenges
10. Must have good organization skill to capture all relevant claim support data, interpret and wide claim support dossiers.
11. Analyze product competitive environment to identify possible competitive challenge opportunities
12. Learn to run a claims brainstorming session / 3D briefs to generate new claims and / or activation ideas.

Job Requirements:
1. B.S / M.S in nutrition, sensory, biology, chemistry
2. 2-4 years experience
3. Global mindset, Team alignment, Interpersonal and communication skills
4. Should be proficient in English [written and oral]
5. Good time management and strong organizational skills
6. Creative / innovation minded, Fast learner
7. Consumer research and /or development experience.
8. Technical project evaluations
9. Project management experience
10. Basic understanding of legal marketing law and product regulations basic.
