Job Responsibilities:
-Assist to develop professional training courses:
- According to skills assessment results to identify professional skills gaps to identify the learning needs for each role of CD function.
- Help to provide input of training /development solution based on the skill gaps.
- Develop new courses or improve the existing courses based on the learning needs identified.
- Collect and update the pool of case-study and best practise material for improving the quality of courses content.
- Assist to build up the CB strategy:
- Assist to coordinate internal / external expertise to develop training curriculum , courses and plan for CD.
- Manage the learning/sharing platform:
- Assist to set up the various ways of learning to improve the learning efficiency for CD team.
- Manage and keep updating the content in learning platform in CD portal

Job Requirements：
-Bachelor's degree, major in marketing, business management etc;
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in training or sales managements function, preferably in FMCG industry or retail industry, with project trainer background;
-Excellent communication skills, planning ability, creative thinking
-Understand the training procedures and mature in designing, developing and facilitating training program;
-Be patient and detail oriented;
-Carefulness, integrity & sense of confidentiality;
-Excellent command of spoken and written English.
