Main responsibilities:
-The job holder is responsible for developing and performing biological in-vitro assays supporting formulation screening, product evaluation and claim substantiation.
-The job holder is expected to draw on his/her expertise in bioscience and biochemical techniques to assess the effect of new technology on scalp in vitro.
-The job holder is responsible for building, validating and maintaining external partnership on scalp capability.
-Analysis, interpretation and summarization of experimental data is an important element of the job, along with subsequent verbal and written reporting.
-When necessary, the job holder will be required to assist in other hair measurements for project supporting.

Requirement：
-Minimum Master Degree in bioscience related discipline.
-Minimum 2 years working experience in bioscience.
-Good working knowledge of biochemical techniques.
-Ability to work with multitasks.
-Good communication skills.
-Good data analysis skills.
