Job Respsonsibilities：
1. Own POSM development process, and regular monitor execution compliance to ensure all units are follow it.
2. Develop and Review Merchandising Guideline based on Channel/Customer/Shopper insights
3. Train and communicate with ISV execuction / BB team / design agency can fully follow Merchandising Guideline
4. Monitor POSM development compliance, and hightlight any potential delay or risks.

Job Requirements:
1.Merchandising Expertise with strong channel/customer/shopper insights in FMCG industry
2.Strong strategic thinking
3.General branding/consumer insights
4.Strong communication and influence skill
